AlphaX will carry out a scheduled system upgrade for its Forex Trading service from 15:00 to 17:00 on September 7, 2026 (UTC+8), affecting the following symbols: EUR, AUD, GBP and NZD. Trading for these symbols will be suspended during the upgrade.
Users will not be able to submit forex trading orders during the upgrade. Any active forex trading orders at the time the upgrade starts will be automatically canceled.
The upgrade is scheduled outside regular market trading hours and is expected to be completed within the stated window, though it may finish earlier or be extended if additional work is required. Forex trading will resume automatically once the upgrade is complete — no further action is required.
